The Levi’s Commuter line has roused the attention of a multitude of markets, from cyclists to fashionistas. For the Japan launch of the collection, the company has ordered Japanese frame builder CHERUBIM to produce an exclusive bicycle. Shinichi Konno, founder and builder of CHERUBIM, is renowned for his eccentric designs and progressive frame-building techniques, as witnessed through his Air Line Bike. In a similar manner, the Levi’s Commuter Bicycle features all of the necessities for comfortably riding through urban terrain. The steel bicycle is fitted with an eleven-speed internal gear system, disc brakes, mustache bar, and aerodynamic saddle. This bike is currently available as a pre-order from Levi’s Commuter Japan online shop, and each item is made to order by CHERUBIM.
